The act
Tristan James was a Top 5 finalist for Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist at the 2026 Parkes Elvis Festival, and he recently sang for more than 1,600 people at a sold-out Brisbane City Hall concert with The Australian Elvis Band. So the costume comes with credentials. He performs in full Elvis styling, with sets running from 30 minutes up to two hours of hits, concert numbers and audience interaction, and he stays for photos afterwards. Book him solo with professional backing tracks and his own sound and lighting, as a character appearance mingling with guests, or go all in on the full band show recreating Elvis's 70s concerts. He covers corporate events, birthdays, weddings, theatres and RSL clubs across Queensland.

Good to know
What to expect
Tristan performs as a tribute to Elvis Presley, in full styling, with the exact costume left to his judgement on the day. Sets run anywhere from 30 minutes to a full two hours, made up of the hits, songs Elvis performed in concert, and a decent amount of talking with the crowd rather than singing at them. Sound and lighting are included for smaller shows; bigger productions get quoted separately. You can book him solo or with the band. And he sticks around at the end so guests can get their photos.
On the day
He needs a private dressing room, ideally with a mirror and air conditioning. Set up before the show and pack down straight after can take up to an hour all together, so the performance area needs to be reachable during those windows and you should expect a bit of activity in that space either side of the show. The performing footprint itself is small, at least 2 metres by 2, plus power. Indoors is preferred.
Set List
Elvis left several hundred recordings behind, so there's no shortage to draw from. Tristan sings the hits, and he takes requests when you give him enough notice. The final running order and set length stay with him on the night, but if there's a song that matters to your event, ask and he'll do his best to work it in.
Performance options
Three ways to book him. The lightest is a character appearance: he arrives in costume, works the room, poses for photos with your guests, and sings a little. The middle option is Tristan James as Elvis, a solo performance to professional backing tracks with all lighting and sound supplied, sized for crowds up to 150 guests, and there's a discount for aged care and charity groups. The biggest is The Ultimate Elvis Show with The Australian Elvis Band, a recreation of the 70s concert years with backing singers and the full Las Vegas treatment, which suits medium to large events and festivals.
