The act
Songs the whole room already knows: that's the 8 Bars selection policy. Mamma Mia, Livin' On A Prayer, Proud Mary, You're The Voice, Shake It Off, Flowers, drawn from the 60s right up to the current charts and tailored to the crowd on the night. The 4 piece is bass, guitar, drums and big lead vocals, delivered across 3 x 50 minute sets with playlist music filling the breaks so the room never goes quiet. They carry a full professional sound and lighting rig, or they'll work happily with your venue's in-house production team. Weddings, corporate events, backyard parties and festival stages are all familiar ground for this Melbourne act, and MC services can be added on request.

Good to know
What to expect
Four players: bass, guitar, drums and a lead vocal that carries a room. The material spans the 60s through to the current charts, weighted towards singalong anthems and dance floor songs rather than deep cuts, and the point of that is simple. Nobody stands around waiting for a song they know. They've done weddings, corporate nights, private parties and festival stages, and they're versatile enough to move between those without changing what makes the show work. Expect a full dance floor and guests still talking about it on the drive home.
On the day
They keep the requirements short so you're not managing a production. A flat, safe performance area of at least 4 metres by 3, and two standard 240V power outlets near the stage. Easy load-in access for gear makes a real difference if it's available. They can bring a full professional sound and lighting setup, just confirm that at booking, and if your venue already has production in place they'll work alongside the in-house team. There are short breaks between sets with background playlist music covering them, and MC services or a tailored setlist can be added if you want them.
Set List
Over 70 songs sit in the repertoire, running from the 60s to today across pop, rock, dance and the anthems everybody joins in on. You can steer it: an 80s and 90s party, a run of 60s and 70s classics, or a modern set built on current chart songs. A taste of what turns up on the night: Mamma Mia by ABBA, Livin' On A Prayer by Bon Jovi, Burning Love by Elvis Presley, New Sensation by INXS, the Shania Twain one about feeling like a woman, Baby One More Time by Britney Spears, Proud Mary by Creedence Clearwater Revival, Shake It Off by Taylor Swift, I'm Still Standing by Elton John, Flowers by Miley Cyrus, I'm So Excited by The Pointer Sisters and You're The Voice by John Farnham.
Performance options
The full live band show is three 50 minute sets, paced to keep people dancing rather than to fill time. Professional sound and lighting come with it: complete PA, quality microphones, and stage and ambient lighting. Background music runs between sets so the room never falls silent. And if your night needs more music than that, longer sets or extra performance time can be arranged on request.
