After Hours are a boutique jazz combo, and every member is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts. They've played for the Queen at Government House, featured at the Melbourne International Jazz Festival, held residencies at Bennetts Lane, recorded live for ABC radio, and worked venues including the Melbourne Town Hall, the MCG, Hisense Arena and the Sydney Opera House. Members have toured Hong Kong, the USA and Eastern Europe as session players. Three formats are offered. The Ella Fitzgerald is the full 5 piece with male and female vocals, saxophone, piano, double bass and drums, and lead singer Isabelle Reynaud sings in English and French. The Billie Holiday strips it back to vocals and piano for a late night piano bar feel. The Stan Getz is an instrumental trio of sax, double bass and drums leaning into latin, bossa nova and bebop.
