Take a Long Line, Marseilles, Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again. Angel City work through The Angels catalogue two full sets deep, from No Exit and After the Rain through to Beyond Salvation and the deep cuts most tribute shows skip. The five members formed the band in 2022 out of a shared love of The Angels' music, and they carry their own sound, lighting and production. They'll play pub stages, club rooms, outdoor stages and backyards, running two 60 minute sets or three 45s, and they're set up to travel for country WA gigs well beyond Perth. On the day
Angel City have played pub stages, club rooms, outdoor stages, truck trailers and backyards, so the surface matters less than the power. Mains outlets are ideal. Where there's nothing to plug into, a generator does the job, which is what makes the backyard and paddock gigs work. Country bookings well outside Perth are part of what they do, so distance isn't a barrier.
