The act
Wineries, pubs and wedding ceremonies around Mudgee are Butterworth Music's natural habitat. The core offer is solo acoustic music, older classics and current hits stripped right back, played in 45 minute sets. For weddings it goes further. The songs you choose for the aisle, the signing and the exit are learnt properly and performed live, a first dance can be added, and DJ and MC services can carry the night once the live sets finish. So one booking can cover the whole day, from guest arrival to dance floor. A quality PA comes as standard, and public liability insurance and a working with children check are both held.

What to expect
Weddings get the most attention here, and it shows in the detail. The songs that matter to you get learnt properly and played live rather than approximated. The PA is a good one, which is not a given with solo acoustic acts and makes a real difference outdoors. The song range is wide enough to carry a ceremony, a canape hour and a dinner without repeating itself. Mostly what you get is somebody paying close attention to the atmosphere you asked for, and then building the afternoon to match it.
Performance options
Three tiers, each one picking up where the last stops. The first covers your ceremony and canapes: live music as guests arrive, three songs of your choosing learnt and performed for the aisle walk, the signing and the exit, then two 45 minute acoustic sets. The second carries on into dinner, with up to four 45 minute sets and your first dance song learnt and played live. The third takes the night to the end, adding a DJ set with dance floor lighting, entrances for the bridal and groom parties, and PA hire for the speeches. So you can hand over the whole day, or just the front half of it.
