Carl Wockner builds each track live, layering guitar and vocals into a full sounding solo show that moves across genres and takes requests and mashups on the fly. Originally from the Sunshine Coast and now working between the United States and Australia, Wockner plays weddings, private parties, corporate events and house concerts, and can take on hosting or keynote speaking duties alongside the music. Being an experienced live audio engineer helps too: all audio and lighting can be supplied, or coordinated with your AV company so nothing gets missed. Shows run as one, two or three sets to suit the event.

Solo live looping, which means Carl builds each song in front of you, laying down parts one at a time until it sounds like a band. The repertoire is wide, the genres get mixed within a single set, and the moods shift depending on how the audience is responding. You can settle the set list and the genres beforehand, and if you want him hosting or delivering a keynote as well as playing, that's agreed the same way. He'll find the character of an event and play into it.
Carl works as a live audio engineer as well as a performer, so he can supply all the audio and lighting himself. Where you already have an AV company on the job, he'll coordinate with them directly to make sure nothing falls between the two.
