Clint Bramston plays drums, Justin Stock plays keys, and between the bass lines, multi part harmonies and tight grooves the pair get closer to a five piece than two people have any right to. Disco, funk, soul, jazz and anything else with a groove in it, drawn from over 300 songs. They'll tailor a set to the occasion, or learn something specific with enough notice. Three 45 minute sets is the usual shape, and they're happy to spread them out around speeches or a delay. All their own PA and lighting comes with them, except for fly-in gigs where you'd need to supply it. They need about four and a half by two and a half metres, power, and a dry level spot out of the way of traffic.

Two musicians who are easy to deal with and know what the job asks for. If the run sheet changes halfway through the night, and it usually does, they adapt without making it your problem. On stage they're proper about it, and the aim is straightforward: get people dancing. All their own gear comes with them, PA and lighting both. The one exception is a gig they have to fly to, where you'd need to supply the sound and lights at your end.
Two hours is the comfortable setup time, and one hour is the bare minimum. Earlier is better where the venue allows it. They need a performance area of at least 4.5 metres by 2.5 metres, which includes the PA and the lights, plus two or three wall power points. Make it level, clean and dry, out of the path people walk, and covered if it's outdoors.
More than 300 songs sit in the book, weighted towards 2000s pop covers, soul, funk and disco, though very little is off limits. They put their own stamp on well known material rather than copying it note for note, and a set can be built around your occasion. Given enough notice they'll learn a particular song for you as well.
The standard run is three sets of 45 minutes, and there's flexibility either side of that. They'll play longer, add sets, or spread the ones they have across a longer evening so speeches and delays don't cut the music short. Drums and keys is the line-up, with bass lines and harmonies filling out the sound.
