The act
Irish and Scottish folk, with the emphasis firmly on the songs people can sing along to rather than endless diddle-eye. Two options: a duo with an accordion player, or a solo guitarist and singers working as Christy More Or Less. They aim to get the room up and joining in, and they treat every gig like it's Paddy's Day. They'll play across other genres too, but the Celtic material is the base. All they really need is power and a bit of space where nobody's going to walk into them. Sydney based, and they've supplied insurance certificates for government bookings before.

Good to know
What to expect
Two musicians who are easy to deal with and happy to talk to your guests. Irish and Scottish material is the base of what they do, weighted towards songs a room can actually join in on. But they range a fair way outside that when the night calls for it, so you're not locked into one genre for three hours.
On the day
Power, and a bit of space where people aren't going to walk into them mid-song. That really is it.
