Fusion is a four piece from Melbourne built around male and female vocals, with guitar and drums behind them. The set is deliberately split. Smooth ballads while people are eating and talking, then a hard turn into dance songs once the room is ready for it. Their repertoire pulls from pop, rock, funk, disco and jazz, so a mixed guest list gets looked after. They like working the crowd rather than staring at the fretboard, which matters more than most people expect. Sporting club functions and milestone birthdays come up often, along with weddings, venue nights and corporate events.
