Country has come back hard on the charts, and HOOT 'N' DADDIES have built a party band around it. The list is long: Keith Urban's The Fighter, Chicken Fried, Tennessee Whiskey, Jolene, Boot Scootin' Boogie, The Devil Went Down to Georgia, plus Slim Dusty's Pub With No Beer and Duelling Banjos for good measure. They work corporate events regularly and bring all their own staging and production, which means about 30 minutes to set up and a silent soundcheck rather than the usual racket over your guests' heads. Extra members can be added for a bigger show, and they'll play a quieter set early if the night needs to build slowly. Public liability insurance and touring permits are covered, and they know how to work inside council noise limits.

What to expect
Country is everywhere on the charts right now and this band has built a party around it. Keith Urban, Shania Twain, Alan Jackson and Garth Brooks are all in the book, along with Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney and George Strait. The night usually runs in stages. A cruisy dinner set of softer country while people eat, then once dessert and the speeches are done the band come back and push it properly, finishing on the big anthemic ones. A wireless microphone is there for speeches if you need it, just ask.
On the day
All the staging and production gear comes with the band, so there's nothing for you to hire or organise. Setup takes about 30 minutes, and that includes a silent soundcheck. No drum thumping and guitar squeals over the top of your guests while they're arriving, which sounds like a small thing until you've sat through one.
Performance options
Most of it bends to suit you. Extra members can be added if you want a bigger sound on stage. They usually arrive around 6pm, but they'll come earlier when your guests need the band ready sooner. And the volume is a choice, not a default. They can play it as a full country party from the first song, or hold back for a set or two and keep the early part of the night relaxed before it opens up.
