The act
JAX plays weddings, ceremonies and functions around Perth, solo, with a full PA and everything else the gig needs already in the car. The material sits across pop, folk, indie, classic rock and originals, so a ceremony and a late set don't have to sound like the same show. Special requests get learnt when there's enough notice. What clients tend to mention afterwards is the admin, not just the music: quick replies, clear answers, and turning up when the run sheet says so. That's the quiet half of a good booking, and it's the half most people only notice when it goes wrong.

Good to know
What to expect
Punctuality and organisation get named a lot in JAX's own description of the job, and that's the honest half of hiring a solo musician. You'll find her quick to reach and straightforward to deal with, so the entertainment stops being a thing you have to chase. Replies come back, questions get answered, and the arrival time on the run sheet is the arrival time.
On the day
JAX arrives fully equipped, PA system through to the instruments themselves, so there's nothing for the venue to supply on that front. If your space has a quirk worth flagging, a tight corner, an odd power situation, an awkward load-in, raise it in your enquiry and it can be worked out well before the day.
