For a larger function, allow two hours for load-in and set-up, then a soundcheck finishing an hour before your guests arrive. Sound and lighting come with an operator, covering indoor rooms of up to about 100 people. Bigger than that, or a trickier space, and the production side can be quoted separately once they know what they're dealing with.
The Showtrain dancers are an optional extra. Add them to whichever band line-up you book and the night gets a visual element on top of the music, which suits a bigger room or a function where the dance floor needs a nudge to fill. Book the band on its own and you simply leave the dancers out.
