Blues at the core, with rock and groove pushing it along. LPK play covers and originals, and they play them loud enough to matter: Pride and Joy, Fire, Whole Lotta Love, La Grange, Kiss, Crossroads. The influences show through clearly, John Mayer and Hendrix and Joss Stone. Two CDs out so far. In 2022 they were named a finalist for Emerging Act at the MBAS VIC Blues Music Awards, and their original Bad Luck Comes In Three reached semi finalist in the International Songwriting Competition in the USA. They're regulars at well known Melbourne rooms, including the Blues Train. Book them as a duo, a trio, or the full four piece with vocals, guitar, bass, keys and drums. They'll bring a PA or use yours.

Good to know
What to expect
Book LPK at whatever size the room can take. Two of them is the tightest option, three fills it out, and the full four piece puts vocals and guitar together at the front with bass, keyboard and drums behind. The blues core holds whichever way you go, though a four piece obviously hits harder once the dance floor gets going. Worth deciding early, since the size you pick changes how much stage you need to clear.
