The act
Grey divorce is the subject most workplaces have no language for, and Lisa Keevill has built her speaking career on giving them one. She founded Recreate & RISE and The Grey Divorce Project, and she takes both to leadership teams, HR audiences and women's summits. The talks are built on research rather than sentiment. "Grey Divorce: The Leadership Blind Spot" walks corporate rooms through the P.A.I.N. Framework and ends with a challenge every delegate can act on. "Recreate & RISE" is the personal one, drawn from her own rebuild after a long marriage ended. A third talk, "From Reform to Reinvention", widens it to change generally. What to expect
Research first, then the story. On the day
Standard AV is all she needs: a lapel or handheld microphone, a projection screen and a slide clicker. She presents from slides and sends them to you in advance, so nothing is being loaded at the last minute. Good stage lighting helps, and a short sound check before the room fills is appreciated. Beyond that there's no special staging. Conference rooms, theatre style venues and open event spaces all work.
Performance options
Four ways in. Keynote only is a 45 to 60 minute presentation, with question time if you want it. Add a 60 minute interactive workshop after it and the room gets hands on with the Recreate & RISE framework and the P.A.I.N. tool. The half day engagement extends that further for corporate teams or leadership groups, keynote and workshop and group discussion together. Everything is also available online. Panel spots, MC roles and custom engagements are considered on application.
