The act
Eli Vanunu works two ways. There's the live ensemble, anything from solo saxophone up to a full band, and there's the DJ sax setup, where live horn sits over a DJ set. Repertoire covers swing, ballads, bossa nova, Jewish and Israeli music, pop, house, Latin and rock, and the song choices get built around what you actually want rather than handed to you as a fixed list. Requests are welcome. It's a flexible arrangement, which is the point: a cocktail hour and a dance floor need different things, and both are on the menu. All that's needed on site is power.

What to expect
Live playing, chosen for the room you are actually in. Eli handles the arrangement personally rather than passing you down a chain, so the conversation before the event is with the person who turns up to it. Requests get taken seriously. The result is music that suits the moment, whether that means a saxophone over a DJ set or a full band, and an event that runs without you having to chase anyone about it.
