Songs from the list include It's a Long Way to the Top, Eagle Rock, Summer of '69, Mustang Sally, Sweet Home Alabama, Proud Mary and Brown Eyed Girl, and they're still adding to it. They work clubs, hotels, RSLs, parties and private functions, and they aim for the kind of night where the guests do the singing. All they need is flat covered ground and power.

They want the guests singing along and the floor busy, and the covers they've chosen are the ones that do that job: the pub rock and classic rock songs an Australian crowd already knows without being told.
Flat ground, under cover, plus power. The Long Gone Daddys carry their own PA and lighting so there's no hire to arrange, but a four-piece with that much gear needs level footing and a roof over it. If the party is outdoors, a marquee or a verandah sorts it. Sloping lawn with no cover does not.
