Named after one of the great Westerns, Magnificent Seven have been going since the late 80s, when the idea was to put some of Western Australia's best players in one all star band. The result is a commercial party band with a country feel running through the covers, and it has carried them onto country playlists and charts around the country off the back of their album Magnitude. They stay busy with corporate events, festivals and touring. Mike O'Brien sings, Alan Simpson plays drums, Don Allen bass, Tim Count keyboards and Steve Guard guitar.

We had a fantastic time for my birthday bash. Everyone enjoyed the mag7. They played all the good music that everyone knew. I can reccommend them for any occassion. If I am still around and the Mag7 too, I could celebrate my 75th with them. Too early to book? Thanks to Mike and the boys. Regards

The guys were fantastic and sounded just as good as we remembered from the last time they were down in Bunbury. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the music and they put on a great show, even the kids were up dancing on the dance floor! Thank them all very much, it was a great day.
