The act
Masina Miller sings cool cocktail jazz and laid back lounge, with the class of an earlier era in the phrasing. Her sets move between chill out material and finger snapping, toe tapping swing. The festival and club list is long: York Jazz Festival, Toodyay Jazz Festival, Joondalup Festival, the Fly by Night Musicians Club, the Jazz Club of WA, Perth Jazz Society, Jazz Fremantle, the Ellington Jazz Club and Government House. We were very happy with the Masina Miller quartet. They sounded and looked fantastic and also helped us when our hired PA system didn't work (thank goodness they were there) All guest feedback was positive; we loved having them at our wedding and would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring musical entertainment. Teresa and I loved Masina and her band. I found her to be friendly, professional and of course a great performer. Her music suited the tone and atmosphere of our reception perfectly, and we really appreciated that she was willing to be flexible and learn a song for our ceremony as well. We would definitely recommend Masina to anyone looking for a jazz singer/band.
