Zest Factor write a character for every person coming, and the client sends those out ahead of time so guests can put costumes together. It works best as a sit down function, minimum 24 guests, and they need about six weeks' notice to pull it together. A sound system is needed depending on numbers. Roving formats don't suit this one, it wants people seated and in character. Themed musicians and DJs are on the team too if you want the rest of the night to match.
