The act
Some MCs run the room from a distance. Ned works the other way, finding the thing he has in common with whoever he's talking to and building the night out from there. Expect a relaxed, warm presence on the microphone, a fair bit of ad-libbing, and a tongue-in-cheek streak that never tips over into taking the mickey out of your guests. He's organised in the lead-up too, so the run sheet is sorted well before anyone picks up a microphone. Alongside hosting, Ned speaks on mental health and sport, and does voice work. Based in Brisbane.
