Forty-eight years of hotels, clubs and corporate rooms across Sydney and Newcastle, including support slots for Cold Chisel, Mondo Rock and Ol'55 back in the 80s. Peter Wass plays lead and rhythm guitar and sings lead, and the repertoire he's built since covers 60 years of popular music. Drift Away, Down Under, Walk of Life, Unchain My Heart, Ring of Fire, Sweet Caroline, I Feel Good, Brown Eyed Girl, Blue Suede Shoes. Some of it gets people dancing and some of it just sits nicely under a Sunday afternoon, which is the useful part of a repertoire that size. Based at Lake Macquarie in NSW. Needs enough space for a small PA.

Good to know
What to expect
Everyone having a good time, and great music underneath it. That is how Peter Wass describes the job, and after this long doing it he has not felt the need for a longer answer. It is a modest way to put it, though a modest brief is often the honest one. A room enjoying itself and a set of songs worth listening to covers most of what anyone actually wants from a musician at a function, and the rest tends to look after itself once those two are in place.
On the day
A patch of the room big enough to set up a small PA. That is the requirement in full, so most spaces will do without any rearranging. Worth having a look at where you want him standing before the day, purely so the spot is clear when he walks in with the gear.
