Live music across genres, aimed at all ages, with the dance floor kept busy from the first bracket to the last. Planet Groove read what the room wants rather than sticking to one style all night.
On the day
Give the band 90 to 120 minutes on site before guests arrive to load in, set up and sound check. Pack down runs 60 to 90 minutes at the other end. Both numbers belong in your run sheet, because a venue with a hard finish time or a tight loading dock will make them stretch.
