The act
Sydney weddings, from the ceremony through to the last song. Prestige Wedding Entertainment cover the DJ work and the MC duties, and they'll build the night's music around the moments that matter to you: walking down the aisle, the bridal party entrance, the first dance, the cake. Requests from guests are welcome on the night. Lighting is part of what they bring, and karaoke and a photo booth can be added if you want the reception to keep moving after the formalities finish. The playlist stretches wide, from 20s and 40s standards through disco, funk, Latin, reggae and pop to current dance floor material. Allow a space of roughly three metres square for the setup, with power nearby.

What to expect
The music is built around the moments you care about. Walking down the aisle, the bridal party coming in, the first dance, the father and daughter dance, the cake, the garter and bouquet, and the song that closes the night. All of it gets talked through with you first, then the playlist is put together from your taste rather than a standard wedding list. Guests can request songs on the night. Lighting comes as part of it, so the room changes as the evening moves from dinner to dancing.
On the day
Roughly three metres square of dedicated floor is what the setup wants, with power outlets close by. Beyond that it's mostly information. What equipment your venue already has, what the room is like, and anything specific you or your partner want handled on the night. Get that across early and the day runs without anyone chasing a power lead during the speeches.
