Retro Band
The act
Seven pieces, three female vocalists, and costume changes. Retro is built for volume and movement, running the hits from the 60s through to now. Amanda, Mel and Sharon carry the front line with gutsy harmonies and banter that's genuinely funny between songs, backed by some of the strongest players in Perth. The styles stretch from the Pointer Sisters and Gloria Estefan to Cold Chisel and The Violent Femmes. Together for over three years, they've toured widely through Western Australia, from big outdoor events in remote country towns to smaller occasions closer to home. Corporate events, wedding receptions, community celebrations, festivals and private functions.
