Mains power is the one thing the venue has to supply. The duo carry a PA of their own, sized for an indoor room or a modest outdoor setting, and there are no lights in the kit. Clear them a patch roughly 2.5 metres wide and 2 metres deep and the gear fits comfortably. Worth knowing: that same PA can handle the speeches, and a playlist can run through it between sets, so a separate sound system for the talking part is not something you need to organise.
