The Ultimate Party Band is the busier booking: chilled acoustic sets first, then something closer to a concert, honed across Melbourne nightclub and pub residencies. It runs as a compact trio with a big sound, or stretches to five pieces with costume. Then there's Completely Shania, a seven piece tribute fronted by Vanessa Grillo, taking in Man I Feel Like A Woman, Any Man Of Mine and That Don't Impress Me Much.
On the day
The sound, backline and lighting are all high end, and the stage gets put together properly rather than thrown up in the last ten minutes. Cables dressed, gear squared away, the lot looking like it belongs in the room. On a wedding day especially, that's one corner of the photos you don't have to think about.
