The act
Stumbling North play weekly in and around Echuca and Moama on the Murray, so this is a band that gets a lot of practice in front of real crowds. Four pieces, tight harmonies, and a song list drawn from the Eagles, Paul Kelly, Creedence, Cold Chisel, Joe Cocker, Australian Crawl, Marc Cohn, Darius Rucker and John Denver, plus the pub singalongs that always go down. The set up looks good and the sound quality is a point of pride. For outdoor events they'll need power and some shelter if the weather turns.

Good to know
What to expect
A song list that keeps the floor busy, sound that's been thought about properly, and a stage set-up that looks like something rather than four blokes and a milk crate. It's a good night out, and the band treat both the sound and the look as part of the job.
On the day
Outdoors they'll want power on site and some shelter over the playing area if the weather turns nasty. Along the Murray that's worth planning for either way, since a band and its gear can't finish a set in the rain. Indoors none of it applies.
