Cruisey is Suzanne May's own word for it, and it fits. Guitar and voice, singalong songs from the sixties onward, with a few originals slipped in. The mix runs pop, jazz, folk, a bit of blues and a lot of country: Creedence, Fleetwood Mac, Jim Croce, Eva Cassidy, Alison Krauss, Paul Kelly. Bars and restaurants are the regular haunt, and the same set works for dinner parties, business functions, wedding ceremonies and funerals. Based at Glenwood in the Wide Bay. Two metres square and a power point covers the whole set-up. Public liability insurance in place.

Songs Suzanne May can play
Search their repertoire or browse the list below. Ask us about a first dance or another song that matters to you.
The songs are ones most people can sing along to, played on guitar and sung without any hurry. The mix runs pop, jazz, folk, a touch of blues and a good deal of country, drawn from the sixties onwards, with a few of her own songs slipped in among them. It's music to sit back into rather than stand up for.
On the day
Two metres by two is enough floor space for the lot, so a corner of the room or a small deck works. One power outlet covers the rest. Set-up is quick, and packing down at the end is quicker again, which matters when a venue wants the space back.
