The Artacoustic is one performer with a guitar, and the whole thing packs down small enough for a front bar. Three 45-minute sets cover the 50s through to the 2000s, with U2, Powderfinger, Crowded House, Placebo, Counting Crows and plenty of others in the book. Between sets a DJ mix keeps the room going, so there's no dead air while he's off. PA and some lighting come as part of it, meaning power is all he needs from the venue. One player, one guitar, and a footprint small enough to tuck into a front bar without rearranging the furniture. That is the point of the act. Rooms that could never fit a band still get proper live music, and smaller venues get someone who can work at their scale rather than fighting the space. If you have a corner and a power point, that is genuinely enough.
