Over 10 years of Melbourne weddings, corporate nights and private functions, and The Daedels have built the act around choosing your own size. Three pieces for jazz, lounge and relaxed contemporary material, good for daytime weddings and smaller rooms. Four for lounge and dance classics with a sax or bass in the mix. Five when dinner music has to turn into a dance floor. Six for the widest song range and the loudest end of the night. Male and female singers either way, plus DJs and solo musicians. Their material covers swinging twenties jazz through to current top 40. Standard bookings run up to five hours, usually four 45 minute sets, with sound check done before guests arrive, a live bridal waltz if you want one, background music between sets, a wireless mic for speeches, and stage lighting.
