The act
Newcastle-based and travelling anywhere in New South Wales, The Howling 45s cover the hits from the 50s through to the 2000s. Weddings, corporate nights and functions are the bread and butter. Funerals too, which sounds unlikely until you consider how many families want live music at a service rather than a recording. Karaoke is on offer as well, with the band backing whoever's brave enough to grab the microphone. The line-up flexes from duo through trio to full band depending on the room. Insured for public liability.
