Song lists and set up options can be talked through before you commit to anything.
What The Sitch need is a PA with two microphones, two extra DI boxes and at least one foldback wedge so they can hear themselves. Most function venues already have that sitting there. If yours doesn't, they own a PA and can bring it instead, so a bare room is still workable. Worth checking with your venue early, because it's the one thing that changes what they carry in.
The trio can supply their own PA when you need it. If the venue already has sound covered, they will simply plug into that instead.
