The Sweet Souls
The act
The Sweet Souls start as a duo and scale up: trio, quartet, or a full band of six or eight. Duo is guitar or keys with percussion and lead vocals; a five piece adds bass, keyboard and drums with backing vocals throughout. That flexibility is the point. Smooth jazz over dinner, then dance music later, or dance from the first song, depending on what the night needs. They cover the classic hits songbook and current pop, and they will learn one specific song for you, a first dance being the usual request. Professional PA and lighting come with them, plus break music between sets and a wireless mic for speeches. Southeast Queensland is the patch.
