Theodore
The act
Peter Teodorescu, performing as Theodore, spent over fifteen years touring Europe and the USA as a pianist and vocalist, playing palaces and embassies from London and Paris to Munich, Bucharest and Istanbul. He's a bass-baritone, and the songbook reflects it: Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jnr, Buble, Andy Williams, through to Ivan Rebroff and Saban Bajramovic. The languages stretch a fair way too, taking in operatic Russian, Yiddish, Romani, Balkan and Romanian alongside English, French, Italian and Spanish. Over 500 songs from memory, covering jazz, swing, ragtime, classical, opera and movie themes. He also coaches voice for TV personalities and stage performers. Piano, PA and microphone can be provided. Holds a working with children check and is insured.

On the day
Piano, PA and microphone can all be supplied, so a venue without any of them isn't a problem.
Performance options
Ceremony bookings run an hour and a half of solo piano, with several extras you can attach. A white Yamaha piano can be brought in, a vocalist added for two songs, and audio hire arranged for your celebrant. There is also a studio recording option covering two songs, professionally recorded so your videographer can lay them over the footage, typically the entrance and the exit, and delivered within five days of the wedding. For the reception, Theodore plays the full stretch from guest arrival to the last goodbye: mingling music, the bridal party entrance with the parents included, background music through the meal, the couple's entrance, the cake cutting, the first dance and the father and daughter dance. Any genre, any language, any style, and the whole running order is planned with you. Extra hours, piano hire and outdoor setups can all be quoted.
