The act
Named the region's top wedding DJ at the Australian Wedding Awards in 2023 and 2025, and runner-up in 2024, Tubbzmix covers the Riverina, Albury Wodonga and north-east Victoria, with national placings in each of those years too. Behind the awards is more than twenty years of reading crowds. Planning happens through a music app where you set must-play songs, do-not-play tracks and the moments that matter, with unlimited support before the day. On the night, the team arrives early, sets up, and sorts details with the venue, photographer and other suppliers. Setups scale from an intimate function to a marquee wedding or corporate event, and cover audio, lighting, MC work and a photo booth. Requirements are simple: 240 volt power, a level performance area, and cover if you're outdoors. Insured, with a working with children check and all gear tested and tagged.

Good to know
What to expect
Twenty years of watching dance floors is the useful part here. Planning runs through a music app you get access to, where you set the songs that must be played, the ones that must not, and the moments that matter to you. Support before the day is unlimited, so nothing sits unanswered. On the night the team turns up early, sets up, and sorts the details directly with your venue, your photographer and anyone else working the room. That last bit takes a lot of small decisions off your plate.
On the day
Three things from you: standard 240 volt power, a level and safe area to work in, and cover overhead if the event is outdoors. Setup and pack down are handled at their end, along with coordinating access and timing with the venue. The rig itself scales. A small private function, a winery wedding, a marquee, a corporate night, each gets a different amount of audio, lighting and production put into it.
