Eight years based in Berlin, more than 70 festivals across 40 countries, nine albums and six EPs of original work. Will Henderson is now back in Mullumbimby and concentrating on Australian shows. He holds a guitar performance degree from the Sydney Conservatorium and has studied Latin and flamenco playing in Peru and Andalusia, which is why his instrumental sets can go classical or flamenco for a ceremony without sounding like filler. Solo shows are a different animal: beatboxing, loops, lo fi jazz guitar and trumpet stacked up live. He writes for and manages nine active groups, so a band or a DJ can be arranged around whatever genre you want. Weddings are his stated favourite. Public liability and instrument insurance both in place.

What to expect
Will is a multi instrumentalist trained at the Sydney Conservatorium who spent eight years working out of Berlin, playing more than 35 festivals a year across Europe, Asia and Australia. He's back in Mullumbimby now and focused on Australian work, weddings especially. For a ceremony he can play instrumental classical, flamenco or jazz for as long as you need it. If there's a song that has to be part of your day, he'll learn it. And where the night calls for something bigger, he assembles a band or a DJ around the genre you name.
Performance options
Rather than a fixed menu, Will builds the line-up around the night. Solo is the starting point, and from there you can add a DJ for after the live set, bring in extra musicians for a party band, or have sound equipment supplied. Tell him the shape of the event and how long you need music for, and he'll put a combination together.
